Laboni boutique specialises in bridal wear, accessories and personalised goods.  Our products include, but are not limited to, bridal dresses, bridesmaid dresses, occasion wear, personalised gifts and other gifts.

• Customisation options are available for some products. You are responsible for ensuring that any details provided are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them.
• We are not responsible for any errors in your submitted content. Please double-check all custom orders before submitting.

When you place an order through our websites, you agree to the following:

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Laboni Boutique. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases where we believe the order is fraudulent or contains inappropriate content.

• Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods available on our websites.
• Prices for all products are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• We use secure payment processing services to protect your payment information.

We aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues or supply chain interruptions.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to courier services or other factors beyond our control.

We aim to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following policies apply:

• You may return non-customised, unused products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. You will be liable for return postage costs. 
• All returned clothing items will need to have original tags intact and show no signs of wear or damage. 
• Customised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving and checking your returned item(s).
• If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at labonibridesmaidboutique@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

• Orders for non-customised products may be cancelled before shipping.
• Orders for customised products may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Once customisation has started, cancellation is not possible.

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is owned by Laboni Boutique or licensed to us. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without our express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laboni Boutique shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
